I ordered this jacket as a gift to my sister in California..when it arrived , she tried it on and it was too small to fit over her shoulders. I had ordered a larger size, but she was sent a two instead of an eight..Now, she has sent it back with a guarentee that she would receive a certificate to reorder..nothing yet has been sent to her. I am very disappointed and embarrassed.
