Stay remarkably dry, even when it's raining, and you're active, with the Women's Columbia Trek Settin' Jacket. If you're tired of being cold and wet in your theoretically waterproof breathable garb, maybe it's time to get a jacket that really is breathable. A lot of the time, the moisture you feel actually comes from condensation inside the garment. Significantly more air permeable than Gore-Tex, as well as being thinner and lighter, Columbia's Omni-Dry ultrabreathable waterproof technology transfers moisture vapor at a stunning rate, while still blocking wind and water. Fully seam sealed with an attached storm hood, waterproof Invizzip zippered pockets and an adjustable drawcord hem, this parka slams the door on wetness. Two-way pit zips offer supplemental ventilation, and the semi-fitted cut, a flattering profile. Get the job done, even when it's raining, in the Trek Settin' Jacket for women from Columbia.

Armed with Omni-Dry, Columbia's highest level of waterproof-breathability, the Trek Settin' Jacket acts like foul-weather armor during high-octane activities. The two-layer twill face fabric is rich and soft, while Invizzip zippers with textured fabric around the zipper pulls deliver a dose of techy chic. Underarm vents zip open to further disperse excess heat, with two-way zipper pulls that allow you to customize the amount of ventilation. The attached storm hood features a bonded brim to keep the rain off your face and drawcord adjustability for move-with-you functionality. Velcro adjustability at the cuffs lets you customize your fit for comfort and security.
Omni-Dry technology ensures waterproof breathable protection from the elements.
Columbia's most breathable waterproof technology, Omni-Dry is designed to keep you dry during highly aerobic activity, whatever the weather. This extremely air permeable waterproof fabric transfers the moisture vapors you generate out of the garment at an extremely high rate, while still shedding the elements in the worst conditions. Omni-Dry is the ultimate in waterproof technology for the outdoors. During physical activity, increased body temperature can cause perspiration. In garments with low breathability, this results in condensation causing the wearer to feel damp, clammy or even wet. This is often mistaken for leaky or faulty construction, and is always uncomfortable. With Omni-Dry, air is able to circulate through the fabric, helping to regulate the conditions in the garment and keep excess moisture from collecting inside, while still maintaining its wind blocking properties. This is achievable because the Omni-Dry membrane is highly air permeable and extremely thin and lightweight.

The coat is of great quality... however, I ordered it for my mom in a size L. It's totally tiny and fits me well, and I usually wear a S or M. Lucky me! Also, the color is more of an orange-y red close to coral than what one might think of as burnt henna.

Awesome jacket! I took it for a couple hikes and it keeps you dry while being light and letting your Body breath! Also folds together quite small so it's easy to store in a backpack!

Wear small for all band all the time. Bought medium size of this raincoat based on other people's review. Barely zip up.
