WOW! I just got this coat and I already can't stop thinking about reasons to go outside and wear/show it off. I recently moved from sunny, 70 degree, Southern California to cold and windy Boston. Now this weather-ignorant girl knew it would be cold, but holy cow...never knew cold until now. So I knew I needed a better coat than I brought with me. After hours of scouring amazon I found this amazing coat! I trusted the brand and loved that it had "arctic tested" in the description. Well I have had it for a few days now and it completely does the job! I got a size bigger and the tall version since I wanted it to go beyond my knee (and although the description says over-the-knee coverage I didn't want to take any chances being a slightly taller female. The fit is perfect! I can layer a long-sleeve shirt and fleece vest underneath and it goes down 4 inches from my knee :) No more cold legs!!! The hood is also wonderful, It completely covers my head perfectly! Great buy!

Just received this coat today. After struggling through two weeks of -40 degree temperatures (Fahrenheit), I decided it was high time to look into a goose down coat. I live in Fairbanks, Alaska, so I can always count on ridiculously cold temperatures for 6 months out of the year. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW I HAVE DONE WITHOUT THIS COAT! oh my goodness, it is warm and cozy! I'm a very tall girl, and I have to say that I am so pleased with the arm length and the length of the coat itself. I walk to evening classes, and I'm unafraid to do so, even in -40 degree temps. The medium tall is roomy enough for several layers if needed, although I have to say i think i might be a little too warm with a long sleeved shirt, an underarmour pull over and cuddle duds under jeans. I am an AVID new Eddie Bauer fan. I can't wait to explore more of their merchandise. EDDIE BAUER, THANK YOU FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!

This is by far the best down coat I have ever owned. I am 6'1" so I usually have problems finding coats that will accommodate my long arms. Not only did I have enough length throughout the entire coat, the detailing on the coat is great for the price. The warmth is wonderful and the look is very stylish. I am often dismayed with the cheap clothing that is produced today, but I can always depend on quality with Eddie Bauer. Thanks for producing quality clothing to cover my lovely long limbs.
