The vest fits perfectly and it didn't run small as far as I can tell. I bought a small and it's perfect. I love the texture and feel of the North End fleece.

These vests are too small.
This is a ladie's plus size and they are too small for my Medium husband!
I have returned them after much trouble finding where to send them.
