I purchased this to use as a year round jacket.
It mentions being cotton, and soft like a favorite hoodie.
It isn't. The material feels like boiled wool.
It is listed as being mainly cotton with nylon and rayon,
I believe- and recommends being dry cleaned. I washed it in
cold water,inside out in a garmet bag. It came out fine- but
smells like wet wool.I have layed it flat to dry.It held its
shape (I do not want clothing that can't be washed- and will
risk "Dry Clean"items by washing in cold,as described)
Also, the color is not very heathered- do not go by the the
picture featuring the model. It looks pretty much like the amazon
pictures. This is a nice sweater jacket that I can use in Fall,
Los Angeles winters, and spring- but I will get zero use out of it
in summer, as the material is nothing as described. Expect a
woolen sweater feel to this item- nothing like a cotton hoodie.
